Misleading

Business Outlook

Pros

Create your own hours provides flexibility

Cons

I was misled about pay during two interviews, when speaking with leadership after my first paycheck, they apologized and said this would be a training opportunity but couldn't make changes. Leadership is unprofessional and does not respond to emails and the hierarchy of site supervisors, operations managers, and regional directors is unneccesary and waste of time as all they do is send out emails. Training took place in two days and barely covered anything. They require you to take online trainings but don't pay. There's no PTO. They promise they will handle billing and insurance but you will end up having to deal with this.

Don't believe the hype

Pros

Scheduling your own time Flexibility with work from home

Cons

Pay quoted at beginning is almost impossible to attain Hire managers who have limited experience or insight into their own biases Management consistently had an excuse why I was not getting appointments or "where is that in writing" when I pushed back on pay Frequent no shows/call offs and the pay for those hours is so minimal. if you aren't seeing patients, you aren't getting paid. Corporate was more important to the company than actual patient care High stress, low reward

Downhill after going public

Pros

The company needed to improve their positioning after going public and laid off entire departments. Check the history of the stock price.

Cons

PTO for legacy employees. However, they also slashed this for new hires.
