Pros

What I like about this place is that as a part time employee, I have some flexibility over my schedule. Life stance will deal with the insurance companies for me so I don’t have to apply myself. Life Stance are in charge of pro one with clients so I won’t have to worry about that. They will pay for supervision hours if you are an associate.

Cons

While I get intakes from lifestance, they are not many, and some times is is hard to fill my schedule and get pay. The pay is not high, most private practices will offer a much better percentage. Management is struggling, the facility of poorly managed, front office looks like a storage unit sometimes and it doesn’t seem like anyone cares (I am not sure how other facilities are kept). It can be embarrassing sometimes to welcome clients through the office.
