Pay isn’t enough for workload Protocols and systems always changing Management doesn’t know what their talking about most times They micromanage the heck out of you You can be a top for former and constantly go help others who are behind, but you’ll still be micromanaged and under a microscope It often feels like you can never fully do anything right fully, their always going to find something you can do better or make an excuse why your not good enough

I feel this organization is massive and poorly run. As an employee it was hard to access other departments to ask questions, or advocate for our clients. Many clients complained that they were being double billed. We could not get through to billing to clarify what was happening. They required ongoing training without pay. I would not recommend working for them.
