Making your own schedule, pleasant office environment

Cons

High no show rates, income every month is inconsistent and numbers don't add up. Management will gas light you and their answer for income concerns is that you should "work more"

Pros

Remote work, co-workers were personable and helpful

Cons

Very siloed positions, very corporate feel, low pay. LifeStance acquires smaller mental health providers and changes the environment of those offices, moving staff to regional/national positions. LifeStance seems to be acquiring before they have a game plan on how to manage new acquisitions.
