Pros

I am able to set up my schedule to fit my lifestyle. Great support staff and peer support.

Cons

Not being paid for no show clients even though they are charged for fee for late cancellation or no show.

Really friendly Co workers Supportive supervisors

Cons

Supervisors have too much on their plate and can struggle to support their staff They say that they have a lot of clients but it takes time to get them on the caseload You can be paid $0 for a month (we're paid monthly) due to not meeting the full 30 hours a week due to client cancellations as it happened to me and I thought it was a mistake but what I earned for the month was eaten up by the benefits that I paid for which is how that happened
