The job is amazing-I love what I do. The management at baselevel is great. Benefits are ok.

Cons

Upper management is terrible. It takes weeks to hear back and get resolutions to things that are immediate problems. The pay is not the best-some nonclinicial or clinical support staff make more than I do as a direct patient care provider technician which seems a little skewed. Work life balance is promoted but not really supported IMO.

Pros

Beautiful offices. Good support staff, great managers, regional directors and medical directors. Ramp up was quick, and appropriate.

Cons

20 min follow ups can be limiting at times. However, you do have the freedom of doing longer follow ups.

Pros

I find role very interesting and always opportunity to learn. Excellent work-life balance and autonomy in my role. Compensation compared to most companies who offer salaries versus fee for service is excellent, as long as you have sufficient clients and retain them. Inclusivity in workplace. Management overall very good and accommodating.

Cons

AMD is not the best EMR platform. Benefits not the greatest. 401K match is mediocre.
