Pros

For Clinicians: Flexible schedule, hybrid in-person/remote opportunities, above market-rate pay relative to productivity/caseload, local-level private practice feel, responsive management/clinical directors

Cons

The fee-for-service comp model is not everyone's cup of tea. Pay is based on productivity. Clinicians who want to work and be busy can easily earn above market rates.

Pros

*The work feels meaningful — it’s clear that what we’re building has a real impact on people’s lives and mental health. *My coworkers are fantastic — smart, hardworking, and genuinely fun to be around. We know how to get things done while still cracking jokes and supporting each other. *Flex PTO and fully remote means I can actually take time off and live wherever I want. *The company is a great size — big enough that there’s coverage when someone’s out, but small enough that I don’t feel lost in the crowd. *Good culture and solid collaboration across teams. *I feel trusted to do my work without micromanagement.

Cons

*A large portion of the engineering team is made up of contractors, which can affect continuity and team cohesion. *We need more engineering managers to help support the growing workload and provide better support to devs.
