Competitive pay, many opportunities for career advancement and training to increase your skillset. The people are wonderful and dedicated. Leadership is dedicated to increasing access to quality mental health care, DEIB initiatives, support for providers and staff. Despite very quick growth over the past few years the executives are leading the company with thoughtfulness, sustainability, consistency and with scalability in mind.

Working for LifeStance Health has been an incredible experience. The flexibility they offer is unmatched, allowing me to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The support from both the clinical team and managerial staff has been amazing — they are always available, approachable, and genuinely invested in clinician success. LifeStance consistently provides a steady stream of clients, making it easy to fill and maintain a full caseload. The benefits package is comprehensive, and the ability to work remotely has been a game-changer. Additionally, LifeStance offers constant access to trainings and resources, ensuring that clinicians are always growing and staying up to date with best practices. I’m grateful to be part of an organization that truly values its clinicians and invests in their professional and personal growth.
