      This organization needs to completely revamp its divisional base operations. Without consistency, there will always be barriers.

      The only Pros is that they will give you an opportunity to learn

      Cons

      - no work & life balance - promotions based on who they like, not who should get promoted - lying about responsibilities - no appreciation - poor compensation, not willing to talk about raises - bad management style - hiring people based on who they know not who they need
