      Pros

      Company manages referrals and can provide a full case load. Nice coworkers, tons of autonomy.

      Cons

      I make $46 per session. This means I’m aiming for around 27 clients a week just to make about $1250 every paycheck (bi-weeekly, after taxes). Billing dept is predatory and has screwed over a few of my clients who lost insurance (Lifestance charges $315 per session). You work yourself to death here without getting very far.
