      Pros

      I have been consistently impressed by LifeStance's commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. LifeStance places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, encourages open communication and teamwork, and the leadership team is approachable and genuinely invested in the success and happiness of their employees.

      Cons

      LifeStance grew very quickly and had to improve the infrastructure to accommodate the growth. Leadership has worked very hard over the last year to do just that.
