Pros

It was a fairly smooth transition into Lifestance. Overall I am finding it a good company to work for.

Cons

I am still having multiple issues with VSEE, we have not been provided adequate information on who to go to for HR, IT, or other problems that have been happening and my office doesn't seem to know who to contact either.

Better places to work out there

Pros

Great coworkers and ability to work from home.

Cons

Administrative staff are severely underpaid and the benefits are lacking, especially compared with most other companies out there. LifeStance is extremely understaffed as so many have realized there are superior jobs out there with better work/life balance, better pay, and better benefits. This understaffing results in administrative staff doing the work of 2-3 people and not receiving pay to match the amount of work they are putting in. Upper management will not listen to concerns, and are only interested in money and getting clients in the door, regardless of fit with clinician.
