      An excellent opportunity in a very important industry

      Pros

      Having come from a programming background outside of the medical industry, starting my position with LifeStance was challenging but ultimately very rewarding. I love being a part of the growth of this company and leading a team of excellent developers. I get to work not only with individuals in the tech field, but also with many of the best therapists, psychiatrists and psychologists in the country. Mental health is a highly important industry and being a part of the healing process for so many people is a daily positive journey.

      Cons

      Remote work is a bit impersonal at times but they do a good job making us feel appreciated

      Administrative support, especially billing was hard to deal with both for clients and employees.
