Pros

High quality ABA. Clinic work environment with high levels of supervision and team collaboration. Great work life balance (no evenings or weekends, time off encouraged, no after hour emails/calls). Great Supervision for clients and for staff - esp. those working towards their BCBA hours.

Cons

Not much room for advancement once a case manager- schedule set (M-F 8:00am to 3:30pm).

Pros

Flexible schedule available for clinicians. Good pay. Great support that keeps getting better. I've been with the company for many years now and have seen them continually reinvest in the company and provide better benefits and more support. There is also a focus on values and culture from the CEO on down.

Cons

Lots of change since this is still a company on the younger side.
