Pros

Offers remote work, good coworkers.

Cons

Disorganized + low pay + poor systems = not adequate conditions for people to want to stick around through "transition," let alone put in the work needed to potentially improve systems that would in turn lead to greater employee retention.

Great place to work

Pros

Ability to work from home or hybrid, flexibility over schedule, healthcare benefits and 401K, lots of clients, and great support staff

Cons

I don’t like the health plans offered, they are too expensive. The company restructuring has been confusing and communication hasn’t always been clear. There has been a lot of turnover.
