Autonomy--They do let you practice the way you want to practice. Facilities--The offices are clean, safe, and updated
Cons
Compensation--Productivity based model is based on them getting patient on her schedule. They are hiring so many people, that she find herself competing with others to get patients. Scheduling–the online scheduling allows for patients to access you rapidly without much screening resulting in a lot of med seeking patients. Support–oftentimes feels like you are practicing alone and do not have the support of the staff to manage patient complaints or issues outside of your appointments
