No paid vacation time but can get 4 weeks off a year for vacation time

Favoritism, unprofessional, lack of communication, lack of confidentiality, low pay, PTO accrual too low. Supervisors are on the phone with their friend all day. Hard to get help. Higher ups know nothing that goes on on the lower levels. No trust with supervisors because they tell their friend everything that goes on with other employees. Constant negative critisism. Not a positive work environment.
