The clinical director of operations and my site supervisor (Evanston, IL) have encouraged and empowered me from day one, and my co-workers are extremely competent and wonderful to work with. Our front office worker goes out of her way to make clients/patients feel welcome and is very thoughtful of staff. From the moment that I was hired, everyone that I have dealt with has been professional, extremely helpful, and very competent regarding my onboarding. My caseload has grown rapidly, which was something that I was concerned about when I first started. Lifestance has made it so easy with their training to learn the system we use for documentation. There are also many different departments and people to help when you have an issue and their response time is excellent. There are also opportunities to meet other therapists and gain CEUs for licensing through Lifestance. I would also have to say that they do a great job in trying to fill your schedule with clients.
