      Pros and Cons

      Pros

      Ability to work remote, some flexibility with scheduling, laptop provided

      Cons

      Very independent- you will need to completely learn new skills on your own with supervisor, minimal trainings for practical use but when they are offered they are good! Poor pay for associate providers. Some managers will micromanage your schedule while other locations you can have a bare schedule despite being open for intakes. No flexibility in getting raises once you sign your contract.

      Pros

      I feel that I am set up to succeed at Lifestance. I feel there is flexibility in being able to create one's own work schedule. I feel there is a culture around providing quality services / doing the best work we can.
