      Pros

      Management and colleague support have been excellent. Felt supported, no matter what issues arose.

      Cons

      Only one. System is set up so everyone, including supervisors, appear to be on a pay by interview basis; thus, consultation on very complex situations became difficult at times. Not the site director or clinical director's "faults." Site Director was always supportive when you could reach her.

      One of the reasons I love working here is the availability to directors who are available, competent, and encouraging toward me which encourages me to strive for more and to become a better therapist for my clients
