Pros

Great if you like to hustle in a full time role.

Cons

No one knows what’s going on. Low transparency, don’t care about employees.

Pros

Leadership engaged in solving biggest pain points for clinicians helping drastically improve retention. Plenty of growth opportunity and challenges that keeps everyone constantly engaged! Quarterly staff survey that is actioned by leadership, i.e. - as a result of surveys, we are getting better health plans rolled out for 2022 benefits year with lower premiums and better deductibles. Benefits otherwise are strong including a less common 6 weeks paid maternity/paternity leave.

Cons

Common pain points for any rapidly growing business. Centralized services still need to be right sized to keep up with rapid growth and acquisitions across the country. Currently health plans would be a con for 2021 (year of review); however, leadership has confirmed highlights of new plan and sounds very promising.

Pros

Can’t think of many pros.

Cons

Patients coming into the office are limited. Very little help from anyone, you just have to figure things out on your own. Angry patients call day in and day out about their bills but that never gets resolved because whoever is in charge of billing never returns messages. Way too much work and stress for very little pay. 8 hours a day 5 days a week dealing with people asking questions that no one else answers. Not worth it in any sense at all. As a mental health company, I would have hoped there would be more care and thought put in, and time given to patients. There isn’t and the only priority for this company is money. I would never recommend anyone looking for help to come here.
