      Pros

      Good colleagues. Lots of referrals are provided. Support staff are helpful.

      Cons

      Management is rather cold and corporate. Incentive bonus plan is nearly impossible to meet. If clients drop out or move expectations around productivity do not change.

      Overtime is provided if needed at certain times. Many managers are great.
