      It's exciting to be part of changing an industry and making people's lives better. LifeStance founders believe that mental health should be as important and accessible as physical health, and built a business to bring that vision to life. The work that LifeStance clinicians do is amazing. We work among everyday heroes.

      Cons

      Everyone is struggling with mental health, even or especially our own colleagues. It can get kind of emotional. Also there are a lot of new systems and processes, moving a lot faster than communication.
