      Pros

      It has been challenging and rewarding being apart of LifeStance's growth over the past year. Everyday I am faced with a new opportunity that requires me to bring my best. Knowing I am apart of an organization making a difference in peoples lives is incredibly meaningful. Having the opportunity to build programs to best serve our employees, having an impact everyday makes working here very rewarding.

      Cons

      LifeStance is a fast growing company. With that, investments in processes, people and systems have lagged behind the growth. Organizational initiatives to make these investments is moving LifeStance in the right direction. But will take time.

      - there are no major negatives, this company is newer and has growing pains, yes, but with passionate hardworking individuals the kinks are getting ironed out one day at a time.

      This is truly a company in which they value different - personalities, cultures, backgrounds. The leadership team encourages flexibility and to spend time with your family. They embrace ideas. More importantly, the company is constantly communicating throughout the organization.

      If you are looking for status quo, mircro-management, not being respected as a valued employee - then Lifestance Health is not the employer of choice.
