      Flexible work hours. Some autonomy.

      Cons

      Compensation structure is not as advertised. Frequent updates to EHR that don’t work often. Poor management leads to client frustration.

      Management does a very poor job in how they treat their employees with conflicting information and also by verbally saying that are supportive and will be there for their staff but not following through with what they say. I asked for a couple hours off which I had accrued and supervisor resisted giving a couple hours off. I felt like management likes to target certain people and make their life miserable. I was reprimanded for making mistakes on ADP and was threatened to get written for it. I am OUT of here!!!!!
