      Good support staff, good amount of intakes.

      Don't get paid for meetings and supervision. They expect you to attend meetings without getting paid.

      I think some of the best reasons to work at LifeStance are the people that we work with. We are a new company, and Lifestance continues to make improvements for our patients, clinicians and staff. We are expanding access to care and growing fast to serve our communities across the nation. There is so much sharing of best practices and helping one another.

      Cons

      Change management is well managed, and I would make sure that if you are in an operations role that you are prepared for change.
