      Pros

      I love that Lifestance for home workers provides all equipment you have to buy nothing. On my birthday they sent me a birthday box. I have high blood pressure and am borderline diabetic they pay for a program that helps you monitor this. And I have benefits and good pay.

      Cons

      Sometimes I don't like communicating through teams just because you may have to write a longer message to relay information sometimes easier to talk instead of write it out.

      Pros

      Working with LifeStance has truly developed into what will be my forever career. I get the joys of having my small company feel while working directly with my specific region as well as the benefits and support that you receive from a large company. I feel supported every step of my role while being pushed to expand my knowledge, skillset and myself personally.

      Cons

      LifeStance is so new that processes are still being developed and updated regularly. It is a con as there may be little direction to begin with, however it allows current staff to have more of a voice in the development of the company as a whole.
