Pros

I can't think of a single one.

Cons

This company treats office staff like they're expendable, while also requiring each FOC maintain multiple different jobs simultaneously. Run! they will work you till your burnt out. If you don't want the fun combination of working at a call center, attending to a busy front desk, and little to no training all while being berated by fed up patients and clinicians? Run!

Pros

No pros, besides that it is likely easier to get a job here than other places

Cons

Lifestance is a bait and switch organization A key example is that it didn’t provide mental health care as part of its benefit plans until 7 years after its founding - yes, 2022 It neglects basic responsibilities to employees and patients. Pay accuracy, HR and Covid polices, inclusivity and equity, and other key tenets of patient and employee trust. Do not work here unless you have no other options. Even then, leave as soon as that changes, as many continue to do
