      Not for me, Maybe for someone without ANY job experience

      Pros

      My manager is supportive of my schedule. But that is manager specific, My previous manager was not at all, and somewhat a bully.

      Cons

      Very low pay. It is not based on experience at all. Everyone gets the same pay in this position, along with the front desk and other positions. Raises and bonus' are awful. They don't pay you based on your hard work either. They don't listen when you have issues with anything work related. I don't believe they care about the patients or employees. The higher ups make the money while you slave!

      I have really enjoyed my time here so far. Lifestance offers many great opportunities for advancement. They also have great benefits. The people here have been kind and helpful. I am so glad I am a part of the Lifestance family.

      It has taken longer than expected to ramp up the schedule.
