Remote work is the only perk in a toxic environment

underpaid micromanaged doing 5+ different job functions with no pay increase corporate mindset with unrealistic/unattainable expectations lack of communication between departments hours are not flexible, even as a remote employee you are expected to be glued to your desk for hours at a time without a break. OT rarely offered
