Good Job

Pros

The job is amazing-I love what I do. The management at baselevel is great. Benefits are ok.

Cons

Upper management is terrible. It takes weeks to hear back and get resolutions to things that are immediate problems. The pay is not the best-some nonclinicial or clinical support staff make more than I do as a direct patient care provider technician which seems a little skewed. Work life balance is promoted but not really supported IMO.

Pros

flexible - work from home option

Cons

1. You have to learn to use about 17 apps to talk to people about nothing to do with your job. 2. You are going to start off paying them instead of making an income for several months, which is unheard of in my experience and could put you into debt like it did for me. 3. Your time/work and life balance is not respected or maybe even noticed, as the only goal is to take in as much money as possible 4. You will have clients tell you they had to pay 325 dollars for an intake, and either quit right after because they can't afford it, or continue on, and you will see 50 dollars max of that payment while the company takes the rest. 5. Greed and misinformation about compensation are ok for this company for some reason (Google Lifestance and use AI - something I should have done, but didn't do until it was too late, unfortunately)
