For Clinicians: Flexible schedule, hybrid in-person/remote opportunities, above market-rate pay relative to productivity/caseload, local-level private practice feel, responsive management/clinical directors

Cons

The fee-for-service comp model is not everyone's cup of tea. Pay is based on productivity. Clinicians who want to work and be busy can easily earn above market rates.

Awesome Secondary Income

They have front office coordinators that handle all of the paperwork, scheduling, rescheduling, billing, questions, etc. all I have to do is be the therapist The pay is medium range with yearly raises and stock if you see enough clients during the week They keep your schedule full and I mean FULL! Tons of opportunities to get CEUs for free Awesome sign on bonus! I have a full-time job and manage this job as a wonderful secondary income! I’m pretty sure if I wanted to have this as my main job, but it would also suffice! Option to work from home or in office

Cons

Pay is medium. They lock you in for three years.. Feels like you’re on an island by yourself sometimes
