Pros

Lots of remote work options

Cons

Low pay for administrative roles, poor communication from management, and unclear policies across the board. There is high turnover in a lot of different roles, not just admin, but corporate doesn't acknowledge how they contribute to employee dissatisfaction.

Thank you for your feedback and for being so transparent. We are dedicated to providing competitive and appropriate compensation for our employees. We also understand that new systems and communication can be challenging. Our biggest way of communicating is through emails and quarterly meetings. We are working hard to create the best communication path companywide. We appreciate all of the hard work you contributed to while you were here.

Total Chaos

Pros

+ Working remotely. + Flexible hours.

Cons

+ No consistency in daily work process. Constant changes with no real expectation of growth. + Workload is massive. Small teams and not enough people to clear up workload. Once you start on something, there is never an end date. You could be working on something for months. Additional work is added and before you know it, you are working on multiple projects at a time with no help. + Local team is not helpful at all and expect other departments to clean up their mess. + Employees are not given clear instruction on what to expect. Employees are not thoroughly trained. Given a few days and expected to know what you are doing. Some have problems following instructions, working with new technology and need additional help that is not available.
