      Pros

      They have taken most perks away. Tons of terrible policy changes coming down from corporate.

      Cons

      Lack of control of your own schedule, poor pay, unpaid work, high staff turnover, high no show rate, hybrid model of from home or office being taken away, having to turn schedules into corporate for review….you are treated like an underpaid, overworked child.

      Pros

      Hybrid model (WFH, office), techs to complete testing, good colleagues. Great for general psychologist who want therapy and psychodiagnostic assessment work

      Cons

      Clinicians do not have input on operations that affect day to day work, salary is discrepant from what is projected, immediate supervisors dictate certain procedures that are at the discretion of the clinician, minimal support from company to build specialty service, to improve work flow, and understaff administratively.
