      Possibility of growing a practice if in the right location under the right management

      Cons

      No base salary, slow to assist with growing your schedule. Do not accept any money upfront while growing. You will have to pay it back as soon as you are profitable, then you will have to work double to pay it back.

      Decent beginners job

      Pros

      Not a bad place to get started after getting your LPC licensure. Helpful and a lot of support.

      Cons

      Too many therapists that works there or starts so it could be hard if you need intakes and new clients since they like to focus on newer clinicians.
