Pros

Respectable, professional & well-organized "safe" place to work. I've been employed with Life Stance for two years now and have received only positive support. It almost seems too good to be true that I can be surrounded by so many kind people who take pride in the work they do serving people in need of support. I appreciate the integrity of the hiring process which places large focus on Soft-Skills, Character and Emotional Intelligence.

Cons

The environment in which we work, and provide our customers to process their thoughts and feelings makes a difference and Life Stance has provided more than adequately for this. The environment (especially virtually) can enhance or devalue the therapeutic process and the establishment and maintenance of therapeutic rapport. However, due to pandemic restrictions, I have not been able to meet in person with patients to share the beautiful and tranquil office space Life Stance provides. I do my best to provide a neutral yet pleasing and comfortable background with color and texture for my clients. I will wait patiently for office visits along with everyone else.

Pros

LifeStance has a lot to offer clinicians that are just starting out as well as those who have been working in the field for years. Even though it is a big cooperation, each department is easily accessible and helpful in a timely manner. They really do care about the clinicians and want to help us grow, develop, and as well as want to make sure that we utilize our own self care, time off, and when needed have several resources for CE and professional advancement.

Cons

Monthly payments are very difficult on the clinician. Hopefully they will develop a biweekly payment plan to decrease financial burden on clinicians with families. While the company offers benefits, the cost to have any offered plans would leave little compensation left for daily living.

Pros

Hire without experience, if your trying to get into the healthcare field that's a plus.

Cons

They don't pay well for the stress level. No raises, I know more than one person that has been there a year and still hasn't received a raise. They tell you after 90 days probation you get a raise, no you don't. They tell you after a year that you'll get a raise, no you won't. Very high-stress level. Constantly having to reschedule patients because the company can't keep providers. Benefits to expensive for employees to afford. If your an office manager you have no work-life balance.
