      Tons of referrals, hybrid options available

      Cons

      Staff were encouraged to take on cases we didn't have knowledge/expertise in for the sake of filling our caseload, even to the detriment of patient care. No pay increases. No PTO. Limited communication with management. No training on site. No training for all the rollouts for all the changes they implement.

      Lower than average pay. You have to bill for add on therapy code frequently during med management appts to make projected salary advertised
