Pros

Best practices are followed here. Support is unapparelled. Quick access to collaborators and regional management in support positions for complex cases, medication questions or even policy information. If there is a question someone has the answer, more often than not many! And they are all within quick reach. No waiting days for someone to reply to your emails. Dedicated services from administrative task so providers an spend more time in patient appointments. Collateral services for forms and paperwork needed outside of regular appointments to ensure you get paid for your time and expertise. Schedule flexibility. I work 4 days a week with two in office and two at home. There is a great culture of community and community especially within our office. The therapist and providers work hand in hand often sharing many patients. If you see a job APPLY!

Cons

None that I can mention at this time.
