      Flexible PTO and friendly people.

      Cons

      - High cost of Medical, making it difficult to cover family - Managers promoted outside of their experience and watch them fumble/guess about how to handle issues. - No professional development training unless you are a Clinician.

      Pros

      If youre an introvert, you'll love being in an office alone all day. The work is fairly easy until they start adding extra task because management doesnt want to do them.
