      No Micro Managing You Make the decisions for your individual facility You set your work hours around the facility hours You are in charge of your facility Open to Change/Suggestions

      Pay could definitely be better Need better health benefits (they are supposed to be better for open enrollm. 2021) Company is expanding rapidly so there are growing pains Great Regional Managers

      Possibility to transfer to other parts of the US.

      Cons

      It's corporate. Maximize revenue even if client care suffers. For as large as they are and being a publicly traded company, insurance benefits should be better. I pay entirely too much for what I get.

      Pros

      - Excellent flexibility - I can work my desired hours, in the office/at home - Great boss - I am not micromanaged, but get the support I need

      Cons

      - I wish we had tuition reimbursement, more educational support so that I could gain more trainings in subjects that I'm interested beyond what's provided by the company - I feel we can be better compensated for our mentally and emotionally demanding work
