      Meaningful Mission, but Unsustainable Workload and Support Gaps

      Pros

      Mission-driven organization with meaningful work in mental health. Dedicated, compassionate team members and clinicians. Opportunities to grow professionally within the field. Exposure to a fast-paced, expanding organization.

      Cons

      Workloads are often overwhelming with minimal support. Shift toward a transactional, productivity-focused model over relational care. Offices can be overcrowded, impacting clinician experience and client care. Clinicians aren’t always given adequate ramp-up time before full expectations. Compensation and support do not always reflect the volume and intensity of work.
