Pros

It's really good experience for new photographers to learn how to pose people of all ages and how to feel comfortable talking to people as a photographer.

Cons

They give you very little room for any creative freedom. It's very high stress in the holiday season. They stress sales but you don't get rewarded for doing well.

Pros

Great incentives, flexible hours, decent bonus, Free Kalahari trip 2 times a year for meetings. Independent work, good hours, friendly coworkers, paid training, gas card, cell phone assistance and work discount for bill

Cons

No benefits, seasonal, very physically demanding, a lot of driving, little room for advancement, not enough employees so there is never enough help, sometimes there are 2 or more drives
