Pros
They have a retirement plan, but you need to work there about 3 years to start to vest. There have been lots of changes recently to upper management which hopefully will help them. The company purchases lots of small companies which potentially gives people opportunity to work on a variety of projects .
Cons
Very old school company. Lots of difficulties in communication between departments. Difficult to move forward in technology and web site space due to lack of desire to change. Due to retirement plan, lots of people have been there for 10-20 years, which makes change even harder.
