Pros

Get paid overtime. After working there for a year you get the benefits like, health insurance, 401K, paid vacation.

Cons

For the first year you may not make 40 hours a week, starting pay at around $9 for regular hour and lower for driving time. Not paid vacation Get laid off for the entire summer with only a two week notice or less

Pros

Great pay! As well as some traveling, fun people to work with, and working with children (kindergarten-12th)

Cons

Management was poor in some areas and left a lot of new employees in the dark. Addresses would be wrong sometimes or some detail like there being construction which led to employees being late. Work to the bone (but hey, they pay is good enough), short training period and then it's sink or swim. Have to have a thick skin when it comes to snobby kids and angry parents.
