Good people to work for, and decent pay.

Cons

Most of the jobs are seasonal, so have a second job or back up plan.

Pros

I do what I like. Nice ambient. Manager is great. Work without supervision.

Cons

Poor money. Long days. Hard to have a good relationship with coworkers, always competing and stilling clients.

Pros

paid training, being creative, meeting new people, bonuses sometimes during promotional events and sales.

Cons

Giving up your weekends, barely making above minimum wage (8.50/hr), retail and requesting time off is first come first serve only, also didn't have a studio manager at the location while I was there. Tried requesting off at the same time of another co worker two weeks in advance, and found someone willing to cover. Was given the run around , ended up quitting.
