Pros

ESOP if you stay for the long haul, the people depending on your department, some flexibility in schedule

Cons

Too much micromanagement, not much room for advancement, kind of behind on the times

Pros

- paid training taught be experienced managers - Got to know my coworkers well as there were only a handful of photographers at the studio - actually a fun job, I love photography and working with kids

Cons

- management was hard to get in touch with - I was not trained to deal with problems with the equipment, and we had a lot of problems… - computers and editing software could benefit from updates - sometimes kids are awful

Pros

Upper Management is very supportive, discounts, okay benefits.

Cons

Some field trainers can be alienating, quotas, too much work to fit in an 8 hour day, a lot of corporate ridiculousness, a lot of pressure and stress.
