Pros

Beautiful Corporate work location. Sells good Products, but other than that not too many good things to say, about how the company operates internally.

Cons

Poor work delegation which led to long work days, poor technology, poor benefits and work life balance, poor pay, poor job growth, poor moral!

Pros

Flexible schedule. Always working in Churches, generally a nicer group of people for sales. If you can learn a script and know what a good portrait is, you can almost sell this in your sleep. At the end of the day, there was nothing else to worry about. Great ESOP plan. Easy to move to other locations. Can earn over $200 per day. You do not need to find leads, you get 6 to 20 per day, all at one location, they come to you.

Cons

Required to travel up to 80 miles in own vehicle and not gas pay. Sometime job was located to far to drive every day, so a motel was needed. Company pays very little towards those expenses. Work hours were generally from 1pm to 11pm but often much shorter. Straight commission. Might spend $20 in gas and earn nothing for the day.

Pros

It is a great place to grow as a photographer. They have all levels of skill and other photographers that are happy to help you learn. Another great perk is that it is an all employee owned company with state of the art technology. combine these two factors and if you can stick it out long enough to retire you have a pretty solid investment for your future.

Cons

Hours are ridiculous. You are sometimes expected to leave home at 3:00 in the morning for 5 hours of work. It is also seasonal work so it is very hard to actually make a sustainable living. Photographers make or break the company and yet their compensation is very poor in relation to sales reps and management.
