Pros

you can make a whole lot of money real fast, and for any sales professional or a newbie to sales, this job will hone your skills like no other.

Cons

The new parent company that bought olan mills is starting to make some sweeping changes without consulting their top pre-sellers. While trying to increase sales and sittings they have actually decreased sales by making these pre-paid tickets harder to sell.

Pros

Opens your eyes to the lives of people around you. Exposed to a variety of people and ways of life. Adds several job skills to your resume if you word it right. Close knit community of co-workers.

Cons

Ratio of pay to difficulty of job is not equilateral. Layoff periods are hard to get through. Politics can be cumbersome. Upper management has been shaky and the different philosophies are felt all through the ranks. Life is a bit chaotic.

Pros

I love photographing people, you can bring out the most beautiful expression, or a silly one and catch it and the photograph becomes a time capsle. It can be so rewarding and challanging at the same time.

Cons

The only problem with working at Lifetouch is the appointments schedualed 10 minutes apart duriing the busy times is really not obtainable. When the photographer falls behind because of unreasonalbe appointment schedualing set by corporate, the employees take the grunt of the miseralbe customers with thier tired uncooperative children.
