Pros

If you have a passion for photography, it's a great place to work

Cons

The downside being, if you have a bad District Manager, you're just stuck. Lots of 'more more more' mentality. more sits, more numbers, policies and rules change weekly/monthly

It's an income -- better than nothing

Pros

1. Some nice people work there 2. It's seasonal, for most employees, so you get time off between seasons 3. Most jobs requre little effort as one does the same thing day after day and week after week

Cons

1. Pay sucks 2. The work environment reminds me of the TV show The Survivor. Lots of backstabbing and plotting. 3. Nepotism rules. 4. There is no communication from management to rank and file employees. This gives rise to all sorts of rumors and has most employees wondering how many hours they will work.
