We get emails all the time about some other created position that benefits no one at the territory level. Robbing the territories using the charge back system. The managers and employees at the field level barely make a living. Starting Area Business Models when the present territory set up was a proven model over a seventy year period. They keep trying new and wasteful practices. Then they have to go back to the old way. How much damage this has done to ESOP is anybody's guess. I remain hopeful that they can straighten things out. I'm drawing out ESOP and doing something else in a couple of years anyway.
